THE AQUAFIRE FRC COLOUR SYSTEM is designed to provide a fire retardant coating on timber surfaces to meet the Class 1 and Class O requirements of the Building Regulations. The system is composed of Aquafire FRC Base coat over coated with either two coats of FRC Colour Matt or FRC Colour Satin topcoat. The system is totally water based allowing application to be undertaken while the building's occupants go about their usual business. Availability in a wide range of colours means that the designer has unlimited options when specifying a flame retardant for timber.
Aquafire FRC Colour has been developed to maintain or upgrade the spread of flame and fire propagation characteristics of most common building surfaces including softwood, old painted timber and building boards. Aquafire FRC Colour is supplied ready for use with brush, roller or spray.
AQUAFIRE FRC COLOUR is available from stock in white and can be supplied quickly in a full range of colours with a matt or satin finish.
